6G Mustafa Pay is a cutting-edge mobile app designed for seamless cross-border money transfers to over 20 countries, providing the following key features:

  • Simple options to add funds to your account through PayNow or at over 460 7-Eleven stores island-wide.
  • It allows you to enjoy the digital convenience of payments at partner stores, along with the ability to transfer funds instantly to friends.
  • Exciting new features in development, promising an enhanced user experience.

You can add up to SGD 5,000 to your eWallet at any time after completing the eKYC (Know-Your-Customer) process and being verified. Additionally, there is an annual limit of SGD 30,000 as per the Payment Services Act.

To perform remittance through 6G Mustafa Pay, you must complete the eKYC submission and be upgraded to the Verified status. Here’s how:

  • Ensure you have a valid ID document issued in Singapore (NRIC, Work Permit, S-Pass, or Employment Pass).
  • Complete the eKYC process with your ID document or Passport and take a live selfie (no uploaded images).
  • For higher remittance limits, provide a Singapore residential address (applicable to employment and work pass holders).

Transaction fees for cross-border remittances may vary depending on the destination country and the amount being transferred. The app will display the applicable fees before you confirm the transfer.

6G Mustafa Pay offers convenient options for instant top-ups to your e-wallet:

  • Tap on the ‘Top up’ button and choose from 7-Eleven or PayNow options. Cash Top-up of 6GPAY wallet can be done at any 7Eleven store in Singapore (by asking for e-wallet FlexM top-up and giving the cash to the cashier. The wallet will be credited immediately (Min. SGD 10.00 – Max. SGD 500.00 per transaction).
  • Top-up can also be done through PayNow (administered by FlexM) in Singapore, with a top-up limit from Min. SGD 2.00 to Max. SGD 5,000* (*subject to e-wallet limit or your bank’s maximum daily withdrawal cap).

Steps for remittance:

  • Download the 6G Mustafa app from Google Play or the App Store.
  • Register and set up your account.
  • Submit your eKYC to enable overseas remittance.
  • Ensure your eKYC status is ‘Verified’ and top up sufficient funds in your e-wallet.
  • Add/select your beneficiary.
  • Click/tap on the ‘Send’ button to initiate remittance to over 20 countries.
  • Input the amount you wish to remit in SGD to other currencies.
  • The amount will be credited to your beneficiary’s bank account, Cash Pick-up, or Wallet.
  • For Cash Pick-up, ensure the receiver has their ID during collection and quote the TT transaction reference number starting with ‘IPAY_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _’ if unsure.
  • An instant SMS notification for successful creation and completion will be sent, allowing you to share the remittance details with the beneficiary.

Typically, the amount will be reflected within the same day, though the duration may vary depending on the recipient’s country and any public holiday bank closures.
